Please call 1-800-998-8480 or e-mail your inquiries and art work attachments to watchimprints@rcn.comAcceptable file formats include: bmp, tif, gif, jpg, eps, psd or pdf. Please send attachments in one of the listed formats. You can also mail us a disc to the address below.

Design Services:
Available upon request. We can design your logo or imprint, or rebuild your existing image if necessary.

Set Up Costs:
This applies only to quantities under 500. $60 for 1 color and $30 for each additional color.

Shipping:
We can ship Fedex, UPS, or DHL. International shipping is best determined with regards to the size of the order and may ship by sea.

Production time:
Approximately 4 to 6 weeks after approval of art work. We offer a one year limited warranty on all our products.

Terms:
A 50% deposit prior to production and the balance prior to shipment.

Payment:
American Express, Visa, MC, Bank Check, or Money wire. Company checks are also accepted, but may delay production until the check clears.
